Meditation & Journaling

B-r-e-a-t-h-e my friend. You're in too deep and looking at all the minute things you're worried about to the point where you're overwhelmed. Take a step back and journal everything that's on your mind until the pen doesn't stop. And then take a few moments to meditate. You can meditate with guidance (there are some great YouTube videos), or find a space to sit in silence and peace for anywhere from a few breaths and moments, to 10-15 minutes. Giving your mind space, where thoughts flow (but you must also let them go), will allow your mind to relax and see with more clarity.
