Say “No” and Set Boundaries
If you feel like you've been trampled on lately, or your voice ignored, it's time to set some boundaries and say "no." This form of self care is less common, but I guarantee you that by putting your foot down and sharing what is and isn't acceptable to you will make your life so much more simple. By not accepting anything less than what you desire, and saying "no" to the things, people, and events that you don't want to partake in, you de-clutter your life and make more space for you and what you want.
