That's why I created the VIP Weekend.

The VIP Weekend is 2 days of full immersion and focus on YOU.

In 2 Days we'll...

  • Take you through 2 Training Sessions: An upper and lower body session. These training sessions are pivotal in reviewing form, understanding your strength levels, and proper workout execution

 

  • Grab Brunch or Dinner: We've trained hard, now it's time to feed and fuel your body. Meal time is also the perfect time to chat about mindset, life, nutrition, and training

 

  • Grocery Shop: Together, we will walk through a grocery story to talk about nutrition, meal planning options, and food selections to help you look and feel your best

 

  • Re-Align with Your Vision: No matter when the VIP Weekend occurs in your fitness journey - whether it's at the start, during, or at the end of us training 1:1 together, reviewing your goals is the best way to get re-aligned with the vision you had for your health and fitness in the first place.

Day 1

I get to give you the biggest hug ever!

& then we get right into the business with our first workout. Your choice of lower or upper body, but we get to take this time to review your form & execution of exercises, chat through training methodologies so that you understand the "why" behind your training, and review your strength levels. 

 After our workout session, we grab some food! This is the perfect opportunity to dive deeper into nutrition - how to make choices that feel good for your mind and body when you eat out, but also how to enjoy the simple pleasure of eating.

 

Day 2:

Meet & train either upper or lower body, with the same intention as the day before: reviewing form, checking your strength levels, answering questions about training. We also chat through your goals, how you can be empowered to make shifts in your training as you and your goals evolve.

Post-workout meal to fuel your body and recover, with the opportunity to explore different food options (understanding how to make choices in different environments is key!)

Grocery shopping session. This is a powerful hour where you'll walk away feeling empowered in what to look for in your food, but also having a more comprehensive understanding of what to look for whether you're looking to hit your macros, eat intuitively, or feel more confident in your grocery choices. Whether we are in your grocery store or not, this is still an important learning experience in feeling more empowered with your nutrition.

The ultimate immersion in your home space offers you the opportunity to be empowered in your "home" gym, your local restaurants, and your grocery store. This is the highest tailored approach to your needs.

All gym day passes & meals are included in price.

📍Los Angeles Meet Up

Meet me in California 🌴 ! We fly into Los Angeles and train at the MECCA: Gold's Gym Venice Beach (trust me, it's a vibe)! Bonus beach time optional of course!

All gym day passes & meals are included in price. Lodging & flights not included.

📍Hawaii Meet Up

Come see me in Honolulu, Hawaii 🌺 ! I'll pick you up from the airport with the biggest hug and lei (duh!). We'll train at Iron Hawaiian Fitness (my home gym) where you'll get to experience training with the coolest equipment around. Bonus beach time optional of course! 

All gym day passes & meals are included in price. Lodging & flights not included.
